Opting out will not affect your access to therapy services.
Northbound Psychotherapy uses Jane, a secure practice management platform, for charting, scheduling, messaging, and payment processing.
While Jane maintains its own high-security standards, no digital system is perfect. I cannot guarantee the performance or security of third-party systems beyond my control, but I take every reasonable step to use secure, PHIPA-compliant platforms.
Secure email may be used for administrative communication (e.g., scheduling, invoices). Clients should be aware that email carries inherent risks despite encryption.
Our website may use basic cookies or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, site metrics) to understand how visitors interact with the site and to improve user experience.
